The next Board of Directors meeting is August 7, 7pm, at Shillelagh's Ol'e on 1112 E. Carefree Hwy. Members are welcome to attend.

ARHA Standings have been updated to include all shows through the June Jackpot. This means the ARHC show results have been released, and the points tabulated. A more extensive listing of the points will be available on the ARHA Website, www.azreining.com. Don't forget to qualify for year-end awards you must show in your respective class or classes at least 5 times.

Please don't forget the August Jackpot that was recently added to our line up of shows. This jackpot will be held in Prescott at Yavapi Downs on August 24^th and 25^th. For more information please contact Geoff Ward at (480)488-2457. Stalls will be available for $20 per night.

Please make sure that you are a current member of the ARHA, or that the owner/owners and your trainer are also members. I have several participants in our jackpots and shows that consistently place and are not members(or the owner/both owners are not members). Remember that points only count when you are a current member. Also, please advise us if the owner of your horse is family(as described in the NRHA Rulebook) so that I can get the points done correctly. The ONLY exception to this rule is for the rookie and green as grass classes. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email me.
